wrong,trouble和matter都可用来表示人的身体健康状况和情绪等.但其区别是：
wrong既是形容词,又是名词,作形容词用时意为“坏,不好的,出毛病的,错误的”.如：
What's wrong with you?你怎么啦?
作名词用时,其意为“坏事,错误”.如：
He doesn't know the differencebetween right and wrong.他无法辨别对和错.
trouble既可以作名词,也可以作动词,作名词时其意为“烦恼,困难”等.如：
What's your trouble?你怎么啦?
Mr Smith is in great trouble.史密斯先生处于极大的困境中.
作动词用时,其意为“麻烦,打扰”等.如：
May I trouble to show me the way to the post office?麻烦你把到邮局的路指给我好吗?
matter作名词,表示健康状况或是情绪时,其意为“麻烦、毛病”.如：
What's the matter with you?你怎么啦?
