搂主，应该这样翻译最好了：(我看了很多回答，都乱七八糟，真的）
第一句：“The one who saw through the truth is but detective Conan, a seeming little boy but with drastic insight.”
第二句：“Actually，I'm a boy self-determined yet with surprising wit.”
请听我解释为何做此翻译最好：
1。对“but”这个词的使用是亮点，一看lz给出的这两个句子就知道是小说或议论文中的某些段落里的句子了，这些句子都有个特点：简单凝练。“but”是个看似极为简单但用法很灵活的词，可以翻译为“只，就，唯一”等等，这个词利用得得当可以大大节省译文的长度但意思却更丰富。而且这个词作为转折介词也经常出现在这类文章的句子中。
2。“看透”尽管有多种译法，但此处可能表达的是“弄懂了案件发生的原因”，故see through是个好的选择。
3。“外表看似”若直译，会很累赘，而且表意会曲折（Distortion）。此处应简单处理，译成为“seeming”，即“表面上看起来是...”
4。这个翻译的另一个亮点可谓是对“智慧却过于常人的”翻译了，其实，该句元想表达的意思是柯南“具有让人吃惊的先见之明”，而非真是赞扬conan真的是“智慧过人”。故不应直译或基于原句进行语义转换，而是要通过特殊处理翻译成“drastic insight”，这样才能体现原文欲表达的涵义。
5。“很有主见”应处理为“self-determined”，而才智过人，按照上述方法，应先将其内涵转换为“让人叹服的机智”才符合原意，故此时应将其意为“surprising wit”（wit在英文中是表示“机智，机敏，机灵”的意思，贴合原文意义）。
