The HR system described in this paper, the browser / server (B/S) model to achieve efficient functions of HR system, can register and audit, the company recruitment of internal departments and the group's internal redeployment of staff, the staff information input, modification and employee rights change, handle staff etc.. To enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises, to meet the needs of modern enterprise human resource management. Because the Javalanguage is a pure object-oriented language, but also very broad prospects for development, this project will use java language as the fundamental, the front page using the JSP language, and use Struts MVC model framework the classicalas development framework, database using Oracle.
